Aldar announces first residential community in Dubai.

Aldar Properties (Aldar) is launching its first residential project in Dubai, Haven by Aldar (Haven), a nature-inspired and wellness-oriented community that offers residents a serene and healthy lifestyle.

Aldar is partnering with Dubai Holding, a global investment company, to bring a unique and fresh offering to Dubai.

Haven is a sophisticated suburban retreat with a green central park, shaded pathways, and easy access to all amenities and social areas. It is located opposite Al Habtoor Polo Resort, along the Dubai-Al Ain Road, which connects to key business and lifestyle hubs, such as Downtown Dubai and DIFC.

The first phase of the project will launch on 31st October 2023, with 462 homes out of the total 2,428. The homes include townhouses and villas with three to six bedrooms and premium and standard finishes.

Haven will have a range of fitness and wellness amenities and facilities, such as a meditation pavilion, zen gardens, tranquillity pool, nature trail, run and ride tracks, exercise areas, challenge stations, a padel tennis court, and a yoga studio. It will also have a wellness concierge, spa, community spaces, school, nursery, play zone, mosque, and retail hub.

Haven will also offer additional services on demand, such as healthy meals, house and housekeeping, landscaping, childcare and nursing care, and travel concierge.

The project will aim for LEED certification for the master plan and incorporate sustainability measures into its design. It will also have electric vehicle charging points, efficient water fixtures, and smart waste management.

The construction of the first phase of Haven will start in Q2 2024, and the handovers are expected in Q3 2027.
