Melee, a developer that specializes in branded residences and other real estate projects, has announced its official entry into the Egyptian market in partnership with Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, one of the leading and most prominent real estate companies in Egypt and the Middle East with over 29 years of experience.
By providing real estate projects that can compete globally, Melee aims to offer a different perspective to development companies in Egypt and the Middle East. Its focus is on developing branded residences, commercial, administrative, hotel, and sports projects tailored to different clients' needs. To design its projects, Melee uses ongoing research and comprehensive client trends and preferences analysis.
Real estate for sale in Egypt
- The Kynd Hospitality brand, which offers the Kynd Hotels chain. The first hotel of this chain is located at the GAIA Project, a coastal resort developed by Al Ahly Sabbour in Ras Al Hikma, North Coast. This hotel introduces a new concept of hospitality with global standards to serve the Egyptian market.
- An agreement with Marriott International, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, to establish five new hotels in Egypt. These hotels will be part of Marriott’s portfolio of brands, such as Sheraton, Westin, and Courtyard.
- The Platinum Social Sports Club is one of the largest sports clubs in East Cairo. Al Ahly Sabbour Developments owns this club and offers a variety of sports and recreational facilities for its members. Melee plans to expand this brand across the country shortly.
